Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance is a legal requirement for all drivers in Australia. The insurance is included as part of your vehicle registration fee and you cannot choose your provider.

MAC provides personal injury cover in the case of an accident, regardless of who was at fault. Benefits for victims include:

  • Hospital expenses
  • Medical and dental treatment
  • Rehabilitation services
  • Disability payments
  • Loss-of-income allowance
