Dodo is best known for its internet and mobile phone plans, but in 2001 it established Dodo Power & Gas as its energy retailing arm. Its parent company at the time, the Vocus Group Ltd, operates in both Australia and New Zealand. In 2021 the Vocus Group was acquired by Voyage Australia Pty Ltd, a consortium of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, and superannuation fund Aware Super.
Dodo Power and Gas specialises in bundled options, offering special deals when you bundle your retail or business electricity, gas and mobile needs all together under one roof. Dodo aims to make the process of managing your energy needs straightforward and hassle-free. It also offers home and car insurance, which you can add to your bundle for added convenience.
